Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel any time from your plan settings. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, then stops. Partial months are not prorated.

Monthly subscriptions: the most recent charge is refundable within 7 days if you have not completed a certification track.

One-time enrollment: refundable within 14 days of purchase if you have not completed a certification track.

Duplicate or clearly erroneous charges are refunded in full at any time. Email team@getseer.ai with the charge date and account email.

If a payment fails, your account enters a short grace period with a banner in the app. If it is not resolved by the end of the grace period, paid features are limited until billing is updated. Your profile data is preserved.

Moving from monthly to the one-time enrollment cancels the subscription and charges the one-time fee. Previous monthly payments are not credited toward it unless we say otherwise in writing.

Certification exam and course fees charged by AWS, Google, Microsoft, Coursera, or other providers are separate from Seer and refundable only under that provider's policy.
